Our food is our main source of medicine and Dr. Estrella Sandoval-Becker, a.k.a. "Dr. Star" wants to help you achieve optimal health by improving the way you eat, what you eat and how you eat. She will teach you how to focus on mindful eating habits and practice subtle changes for long term benefits.
