Increasing the amount of iron a person has in their blood cells can alleviate anemias & borderline low red blood cells or hemoglobin. The body uses iron to make hemoglobin, a protein found in our RBC's. Hemoglobin is an important part of red blood cells and helps carry oxygen around the body.
