Enjoy the ability to have Dr. Star spend a day with you while you grocery shop. She loves to help educate with label reading, especially ingredients lists and nutritional facts. What is non-GMO? Why choose organic? What does "natural" really mean? What is gluten? Is fructose corn syrup really that bad?... and all other questions you have when you go grocery shopping. You pick the grocery store and Dr. Star will meet you there to help you make health conscious decisions.
