Service Description

Before a prescription for contraception can be given an in-depth intake must be done. Looking at your medical history, family history, reproductive history and some other social aspects. We focus on whole body wellness and want to give women all their options before making any decisions about contraception. *NOTE: If a PAP smear has not been done that can be conducted during the visit. A negative pregnancy test will also be necessary. Test price not included.
